About BTR Travel & Tours
Bridging continents. Inspiring journeys.
At Beyond the Return Travel & Tours, we specialize in curated travel experiences that connect African Americans and the global African diaspora to the heart of Africa — Ghana and beyond.
Beyond the Return Travel and Tours, LLC/LTD is an IATA-accredited agency and licensed by the Ghana Tourism Authority. We blend professionalism with purpose, offering personalized group and individual tours that educate, inspire, and transform. Every trip we design is more than a vacation — it’s a homecoming.
Beyond The Return Travel & Tours, LTD/LLC was born after the Year of Return (2019) ended, and the question arose: where do we go after December 31, 2019, and what do we do? Dr. LaMont “Montee” Evans — an African American living in Atlanta, Georgia, who was coronated Nana Kwame Sam I, a Division Chief in Mankessim on May 4, 2019 — and Mr. Francis Osei Sarpong, a Ghanaian, came together to create a company that would help African Americans and others throughout the African diaspora come home and connect.
